Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Improvement Project Manager in the execution of site-level Improvement Projects across all functional organizations utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the planning & execution of cross-functional, site-level improvement projects.
- Work with Project Leader to appropriately scope, plan and resource projects
- Act as Project Leader in the Implementation phases of the Improvement Project
- Coordinate with key functional leaders to facilitate project execution in the Implementation phase
- Lead the team in application of lean, six sigma and other problem-solving methodologies
- Communicate clearly (written & oral) with stakeholders, team members and leaders throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead, facilitate & maintain positive team dynamics throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field and 0+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
- Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
- Experience or Working Knowledge and Understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Dashboards
