Job Description:

Responsible for leading operational optimization initiatives and manufacturing technical support activities through the integration of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing/Process Engineering principles, ensuring process capability, operational efficiency, productivity, process stability, and manufacturing robustness within an aerospace manufacturing environment.This position will have end-to-end ownership of Productivity and operational efficiency, Line balancing and capacity analysis, Manufacturing process robustness, Continuous improvement initiatives, Process validation and control, Waste and variability reduction.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field+3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.Aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.Software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Power BI, ERP, SAP.Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, Problem-solving skills, Sense of urgency, Effective communication, Strong accountability and operational ownership mentality.Green Belt is a plus
