As an Integrated Circuit Design Engineer here atHoneywell, you will be accountable for the design and development ofmicrochips. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translateproduct requirements into efficient and high-performance integrated circuits.Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure the successfuldevelopment and optimization of ASIC design projects.

You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and youll work out ofour Plymouth, Minnesota location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge integratedcircuits that power innovative solutions in various industries. You will play apivotal role in driving the design and implementation of these circuits,contributing to shaping the future of technology.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •   Be a Digital Designer of high-performance low-power memorychips, ASICs, FPGA
    •   Design and implement ASIC physical designprojects using RTL to GDSII flow
    •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate productrequirements into efficient integrated circuits
    •  Utilize digital design principles and methodologies in the developmentof ASIC physical design
    •  Apply the Synopsys digital design flow for efficient and accurateimplementation
    •  Employ programming languages such as C, C+, TCL, or PERL for design andverification tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    •  Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in ElectricalEngineering or related field                                                            

    •  Strong focus on Semiconductors, Microelectronics , VLSI andrelated courses

    •  Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C+, TCL, Verilog, or PERL

    •   Must graduate between May 2023 and June 2024

    •   Dueto compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must bea U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident

WEVALUE

    •  Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

    •  Experience with RTL to GDSII flow

    •  Familiarity with Synopsys tools and methodologies

    •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
