Qualification required

• BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree with experience in Product and Project Development
• 3 to 6 years overall design and development experience with at least 1 to 2 years of project
• management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace/Automotive/Healthcare
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication
• PMP / Agile Certification preferred (Optional)

Required Skills

• Responsible for Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
• Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
• Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
• Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
• Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
• Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis(preferred)
• Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools
• Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
