Job Description:

SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check)
TRAVEL REQUIRED:  Some travel within the UK and international 
LOCATION: Filton (Typically 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote)

Within this department, we define, develop, deploy and mature industrial solutions to address Aircraft programme challenges (deliver on-time and quality, reduce development and production lead time, reduce costs of Product & Process development & all recurring costs, enabling quicker production ramp-up).

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• You will be an Industrial Modelling and Simulation Engineer, in charge of maturing industrial Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology.
• This includes requirements management, modelling of the industrial system, industrial multi-model integration, design space exploration and trade-offs between several options, in order to ensure the best future industrial performance.
• You will work in close link with the Engineering MBSE community, as well as Industrial Architects and you will contribute to the Industrial System Design for future Programmes ( ZEROe...).
• You will be directly involved in DDMS programme, which targets to deliver these processes, models, methods and tools supporting the co-development of the product, industrial system and services, with a focus on Modelling & Simulation as well as full lifecycle Digital Continuity.

ABOUT YOU

• Solid background in Systems Engineering (Requirement Management, Validation & Verification, System Architecture...): as a plus,  degree in Industrial Engineering or System Engineering and/or INCOSE ASEP Level.
• Solid background in Process, Methods & Tools elaboration (Business Process management, BMS documentation) and Project Management (including Agile).
• Good background in industrial modelling and simulation techniques and tools (e.g. Cameo, GEMS, Delmia, 3DExperience, Plant simulation/Anylogic, Matlab, Simulink or equivalent).
• Autonomy and ability to deliver, to influence, lead the Change and deal with transformation processes in an international environment.
