Key Responsibilities- Plan and drive execution of engineering projects related to the development of wheel and brake solutions.
- Coordinate with various discipline engineering team members to solve challenging technical requirements and problems.
- Employ PM tools and development processes such as work-breakdown-structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, requirements management, scheduling, and cost management.
- Manage project costs, resources, and schedules and report out to stakeholders.
- Manage the design and analysis of detail designs for new and existing products lines.
- Evaluate existing designs/processes for improvements in cost, quality, and producibility.
- Develop test plans and review test data to validate and verify product capability.

YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelors Degree in an engineering field, preferably Mechanical, Material or Aerospace.
- 7+ year(s) technical project and/or program management experience.
WE VALUE- 10+ years of project engineering or program management experience with direct customer interaction or support.
- Planning / Estimation, including resource, material, capital, and other needs.
- Scheduling, including resource-loading and critical path analysis.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Power of influence on others to accept and develop ownership of new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Business acumen and knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relevant to the aerospace industry.
- Ability to redefine an optimal balance of engineering speed, agility, and quality of work.
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and ability to adjust priorities quickly.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
