• Drive & improve supplier quality performance
• New supplier qualification driven by business quality needs
• Develop monthly & quarterly supplier performance reports
• Ensuring the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements
• Regular supplier audits, quality system assessment & visits
• Support internal audit & other quality related activities
• Develop supplier quality related procedures & policies
• Lead supplier quality escape investigations and drive improvement & corrective actions as committed by the supplier
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sourcing to improve suppliers performance per business needs
• Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational challenges & product safety.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 3 years of Quality or Operation experience
• Qualified auditor with demonstrated auditing experience
