Your impact:

• You will be part of the technical change management team for MCA Rear Fuselage, influencing product industrialization through relevant Engineering Change Proposals and Drawing Follow-Up, from development to serial phase. 

• You will follow MCA configuration, establish a robust relationship with Design and Programs offices, and ensure a controlled implementation of modifications. &x1f6a6; 

• You will work in the simulation of the industrial system, producing the best proven sequence (including SLB, MTM and PFMEA) considering all requirements (H&S, Sustainability). 

• You will contribute to First Time Right execution by producing a robust manufacturing dossier, including documentation (SOI) and master data (Routing/MBoM in SAP ERP).

• You will take part in the data monitoring, identifying impacts on performance and providing innovative solutions to the shop floor based on figures. SpeakWithData &x1f4bb;

Your Boarding Pass:

• Proven track in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Lines and Execution (>5Years). &x1f527;

• Curious and rigorous, confident and constant. Good communicator, great team player. 

• Diverse academic and non-academic background. 

• Programming (Coding / Numeric Control) and Project Management skills will be highly valued.

• Effective communication in Spanish, French and English is required.
