Conduct testing, analysis, and process improvement activities while supporting supplier qualification, corrective actions, and engineering requirements.

* Manufacturing Facility
* First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST)
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering classification from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Collect information to support the definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and manufacturing processes
* Incorporate specification changes and document revisions to support deployment of materials, parts, and processes
* Perform testing activities to qualify new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes
* Assist supplier qualification efforts to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
* Conduct analyses to determine performance characteristics and identify causes of failures involving tools, materials, parts, or processes
* Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues
* Develop computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements
* Utilize project management tools to support cost, technical, and schedule objectives
* Integrate Environmental Health and Safety, LEAN, and Quality principles into materials and processes, research and qualification activities, work procedures, and laboratory or office operations Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work onsite full-time in Everett, WA
* Remain mobile and on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday
* Lift up to 25 pounds as required
* Work first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
* No domestic travel required
* No international travel required
* Opportunity for overtime available as needed
