Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative Machine Learning ML/AI Engineer m/f to join our Digital Acceleration Office (DAO) based in Marignane, France.

The Digital Acceleration Office is part of the Company Transformation Department working to develop technologies bridging the gap between research and business. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across Airbus Group and throughout all levels of our internal customers whether they are manufacturing, quality, support, finance, engineering, human resources or sales and marketing.

Our team aims at using the latest technological capabilities to solve Airbus Business problems or improve the way we design, produce and support our Helicopters and Services. That means that Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Additive Manufacturing, Virtual reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed reality and IoT are the technologies we leverage every day.

Your challenges

We&39;re on a mission to transform our products, services and the way we operate by leveraging the power of AI at scale. You will be the technical lead of the AI Platforms for Airbus Helicopters. 

AI Platform Operations

• In collaboration with data scientists, IM, group and partners, develop tools, frameworks, and best practices to streamline the model development and deployment process.

• Supported by IM teams and data scientists, ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of machine learning models.

Support the business functions in their Artificial Intelligence Projects 

• Onboarding and training : contribute with IM teams to document MLOps processes, standards, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency across the practitioners

• Support the deployment of models in production

Roadmap

• Collaborate with cross-functional (Helicopters) and cross-divisional (Airbus Group) teams to gather requirements, identify synergies in order to build the on-premise and cloud AI platform roadmaps.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in MLOps and machine learning technologies and leverage our internal and external resources to ensure we use best-in-class technology.

Your profile:

Skills and experience

• Educated to a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or software engineering

• At least 5 years of experience as ML Ops or data scientist with E2E pipeline integration set-up

• English level: native fluent or negotiation level

• DevOps : GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Kubernetes

• Plateformes : RedHat OpenShift AI, GCP (Vertex AI), AWS

• Langages : Python, SQL
