Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and layouts.
Collaborate with engineering to incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
Evaluate the performance of equipment and tools to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
Investigate deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives; Lean Manufacturing and/or Green Belt experience is preferred.
Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specifications to optimize manufacturing techniques.
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Required)
1+ years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing experience (internships accepted)
2 3 years of professional manufacturing experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
