Job Description:

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:

Level 1:

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite
· Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Level 2:

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher
· More than 2 years of experience working within systems such as Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP(4HANA)
· More than 2 years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
· More than 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).

Level 3:

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.
· More than 3 years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations.
· More than 2 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
· Experience resolving errors between supply chain systems such as GOLD, Mechanized Spares Management System (MSMS), Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP(4HANA).

Level 4:

Preferred Qualifications
· More than 3 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations.
· More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).
· More than 3 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
· Experience resolving errors between supply chain systems such as GOLD, Mechanized Spares Management System (MSMS), Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP(4HANA).
