You will support design solutions for improvement of current products quality, cost, OTTR and Past Due ensuring to meet customer requirements in compliance with existing command media (e.g. DRM, DSH, CGPs) and industry standards. You will also participate on continuous improvement efforts including knowledge capture, design standards, tools, and process improvements.

This position is within the ISC Design team supporting multiple Honeywell sites for the Aerospace ISC Engineering organization.

• Manage Engineering Drawing Changes.
• Create models and detailed drawings in NX.
• Support design process including drawing release milestones.
• Support Cost Take Out projects.
• Ensure design meets customer requirements.
• Diagnose and address field issues as they relate to mechanical design (drawing interpretation, tolerance stacks, processing drawing changes, etc.).

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aeronautical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with CAD tools.
• Engineering drawings interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• 0-2 year of experience in Mechanical Design.
• Advanced English.

• Some experience developing new products or sustaining existing product ranges.
• Some experience in Aerospace requirements and industry standards.
• NX CAD experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
