Make Your Mark in Aerospace InnovationPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer to partner with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping advanced aerospace systems by developing, analyzing, and integrating mechanical and fluid systems that power some of the most groundbreaking aircraft in the world.
What You’ll DoDevelop mechanical systems component detail and assembly designs for aerospace applications.
Document processes, specifications, and procedures supporting the design and manufacturing of mechanical system parts and assemblies.
Perform spatial integration at system and component levels, including mechanisms, landing gear, and ordnance systems.
Support design reviews and analyze results to ensure accuracy, safety, and performance.
Participate in technical reviews of supplier designs and address non-conformances.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for mechanical components and systems.
Contribute to proposal preparation and new business development efforts.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of engineering experience, or a Master’s degree in engineering.
Hands-on expertise in Mechanical Design and systems integration.
Proficiency with CATIA for design work.
Experience in System Safety Analysis and Requirements Development.
Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirements management tools.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Aerospace or defense industry experience.

Pay Details: $43.81 per hour
