- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft operational or organizational-level maintenance or flight operations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (active within the last 24 months).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Exceptional Release or “Safe for Flight” certification.
- Background in military aircraft maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of military maintenance regulations, technical directives, forms, and operational instructions.
- Subject matter expertise in aircraft maintenance documentation and forms.
- Experience supporting flight operations activities.
Typical Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of related experience,
OR Master’s degree plus 4+ years of related experience,
OR 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
