NonLinear Structural Analysis Engineer - Advanced Numerical Simulations

Job Description:

• Get comprehensive understanding of Airbus best practices, methods, processes, tools and framework in Structural Analysis domain, with a specific focus on Nonlinear Static and Dynamic (Crash/Impact) finite element analysis and assessing the mechanical behaviour of metallic and composite structures

• Perform FEA (finite element analysis) involving CAD data extraction, meshing, loading, boundary conditions, verification and validation of Nonlinear FE models and interpretation of the results in accordance with time, cost and quality

• Understanding of Nonlinear modelling principles for metallic and composite structures, design criteria and failure mechanisms

• Demonstrate the Aircraft Structure’s strength for static and dynamic loads

• Propose design solutions driven through numerical analysis to meet the requirements

• Automate recurrent modelling and analysis tasks to reduce the lead time
