PDM Program Specialist - North Carolina

Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) Support Services for the United States Coast Guard on the HC-144 and HC-27J Airframes

This requirement is for Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) Services in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG), and Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) on the HC-144 and HC-27J airframes.  For this requirement, the Contractor shall provide personnel, technical capability, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Aircraft Maintenance Services (AMS) on aircraft, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), sheet metal, electrical, avionics equipment and various other aircraft parts and components.  This also includes performing modifications to existing airframes and Contract Field Teams (CFT) to support operational air stations.  The services required by this contract could cover all aircraft platforms and ground support equipment supported by the USCG. The Government will provide the facility, all equipment, tools, consumable and repairable components used in the performance of these services.

The Program Specialists tasks shall include, but are not limited to:

• Review technical drawings for accuracy.
• Manage various aircraft-related improvement and maintenance programs.
• Prepare design changes for both depot and unit-level maintenance procedures.
• Develop time compliance technical orders (TCTO’s).
• Assist in the development and validation of prototype components and systems.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical discipline or five (5) years of related experience providing management support to engineering staff.
• Must have the following abilities: project scheduling, financial management, briefings, coordination graphic presentation, and technical studies.
