  • Verifying, in cooperation with Supply Chain, that required materials, components, and tools are available as planned
  • Updating and maintaining continuing airworthiness records in the maintenance management system (AMOS)
  • Optimizing scheduled maintenance events to support on‑time performance, aircraft rotations, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluating completed and planned work scopes, ensuring proper close‑out and supporting AMP variations where required
  • Optimizing fleet allocation and utilization in line with production requirements, AOC, and sub‑fleet restrictions
  • Supporting maintenance program optimization, interval adjustments, and check packaging
  • Contributing to cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc initiatives
  • Working shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

You are our ideal candidate if:

  • Have experience in aircraft fleet management, maintenance planning, or flight operations integration
  • Have knowledge of Boeing 737 NG / MAX aircraft (preferred)
  • Are familiar with EASA Part‑CAMO and Part‑145 regulations
  • Have experience with maintenance systems such as AMOS (NetLine knowledge is an advantage)
  • Hold an Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering or have relevant experience from airline planning, engineering, or maintenance
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools

Personal qualities we value:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, operational environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence in making independent, operational decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Attention to detail while maintaining an overview of operational impact
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

We can offer:
