Reporting to the Gate 0 / Gate 1A Engineering People Leader you will be part of a team focussed on providing work instructions to the shop, completing engine hardware condition reports and delivering fleet support for Customers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities include:
Promote a positive culture around Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Primary technical point of contact for all customers.
Liaise with Customers and Customer Technical Programs Engineering to create engine specific workscopes.
Review of engine disassembly and engine hardware and timely reporting of condition via shop visit reports.
Interpretation and translation of customer maintenance documents into Caledonian specific internal documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements
Preparation and presentation of periodic fleet hardware reviews
Review of Customer MRB material
Technical Expert for allocated engine model:
Creation and maintenance of SB Baselines
SI creation / maintenance and review
Maintain knowledge of developing fleet issues, communicate and action as appropriate to avoid exposure to site and customers
Liaise with GEnx CTP on fleet and shop technical issues as may arise.
Work with GEnx Platform on technical, contractual or Customer Service Agreement related issues.
Liaise with Gate 2 Technical Team to develop module level repairs to avoid workscope escalations
Contribute to the Engineering teams KPI’s managed through the weekly and monthly operating reviews.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Candidates should possess an engineering qualification or should be able to demonstrate significant technical expertise.
