In this position, the selected candidate will be a Product Quality Engineer implementing Process Controls and working with a team to decrease the Cost of Poor Quality amongst several AEGIS System Production Lines.

The successful candidate will:

- Be an integral member of multiple Quality Program Teams and responsible for conducting Quality data analytics for their designated production lines/Work Centers.

- Hold Defect Reduction Meetings and engage with Operation support staff to creatively drive process improvement initiatives

- Attend Operational Excellence Team meetings to present documented defects to drive improvements and reduce defects.

- Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.

- Support Factory level improvement activities. Be able to review technical and logistical processes, understand them and implement improvements.

- Lead investigations of Work Center procedural issues and support corrective actions

- Interface with senior management, manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure the achievement of requirements.
-Manage Moorestown Quality Records
-Manage Quality Customer Visit Requests, Badge Access and System level access approvals
-Work with Sr. Leadership and Operations Leaders to develop and run Corrective Action Board for the Moorestown Site.
Basic Qualifications:
Technical Degree, degree in related field or equivalent experience

Data Analytical skills to include Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Excel usage.

Have relatable knowledge of Quality Management Systems and importance of following processes.

Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) and be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders. Ability to communicate professionally through multiple medians (emails, MS Teams, telephone, etc.)

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Basic understanding of Test practices.

Ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels of social, corporate, and customer hierarchies.

Ability to investigate causes of issues and develop corrective actions.
Ability to learn and navigate digital databases

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
