Key Responsibilities:• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for B2C digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile applications.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the end-to-end customer journey.• Collaborate closely with the Lead – B2C, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless design integration.• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback through surveys and other research methods.• Ensure consistency across digital products by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for B2C products and mobile-first design.• Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for a seamless multi-device experience.• Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and design optimization.• Awareness of design trends, mobile-first approaches, and customer engagement techniques. Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a specialization in B2C digital products.• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Key Attributes:• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for customer-centric design.• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively advocate design decisions
