About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced Product Review-Liaison Engineer to support our aerospace client in ensuring world-class product quality, safety, and performance. In this role, you will apply broad aerospace design and engineering expertise to solve complex technical challenges, lead product improvements, and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and operational excellence of aerospace products used worldwide.
What You’ll DoLead technical investigations and resolve product/process issues from design through post-production.
Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformances and develop both interim and final engineering solutions.
Drive product/process improvements using innovative approaches to detect and address deviations.
Analyze reported problems for potential safety issues and manage complex resolutions.
Provide subject matter expertise during design phases, design reviews, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities.
Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with aerospace standards.
Lead on-site disabled product repair efforts and accident investigation support.
Design structural repairs, develop non-destructive test procedures, and create tools and standards.
Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and external customers.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace).
10+ years of experience with electronic component testing.
Hands-on experience in product development and product testing.
Proficiency with mechanical drawings.
Understanding of software development principles.
Education/experience combination may include: Bachelor + 9 years, Master + 7 years, or PhD + 4 years of related experience.
ABET accreditation preferred (not required).

Pay Details: $65.15 to $81.80 per hour
