The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), The Air Dominance (AD) Product Security Engineering (PSE) Capability is seeking an Associate and Experienced Product Security Engineer in Berkeley, MO to perform Product Security Engineering activities on the MQ-25. This position is not an IT cybersecurity role but is a technical engineering position ensuring that we meet our customer requirements to develop and deliver secure platforms to enable the safety of our warfighters and mission success.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrate security into system architectures and designs
Perform cybersecurity risk assessments
Manage the cybersecurity risk of our supply chain
Evaluate security controls and implementation on the systems
Develop technical documentation
Interface with other engineering teams, leadership, customers, and suppliers
Requirements/specification development, allocation and verification
Procedure development, test execution and/or problem resolution
Generating metrics and tracking schedule and cost for scope of work.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) : (see education and experience for the levels below)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
2+ years of experience in requirements development and analysis
2+ years of experience with Systems Security or Product Security Engineering
Cybersecurity IAT/IAM Level 1 Certificate or higher IAT/IAM level: IAT Level 1 – A+, Network+, SSCP, IAM Level 2 – CAP, GISF, GSLC, Security+
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
4+ years of engineering experience
4+ years of experience in requirements development and analysis
4+ years of experience with Systems Security or Product Security Engineering
Cybersecurity IAT/IAM Level 1 Certificate or higher IAT/IAM level: IAT Level 1 – A+, Network+, SSCP, IAM Level 2 – CAP, GISF, GSLC, Security+
2+ years of experience working an avionics program (i.e. F-15, F/A-18, MQ-25, etc.)
Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) packages
Experience working an avionics program (i.e. F-15, F/A-18, MQ-25, etc.)
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Summary pay range for associate level: $91,800 – $124,200
Summary pay range for experienced: $112,200 – $151,800
