As a key leader, you’ll guide cross-functional teams from project inception through closeout, ensuring alignment, performance, and success every step of the way.
Assignment Duration: August 2025 – March 2026
Schedule: 9/80 (9-hour days with every other Friday off)
Type: Full-time Consultant
Pay Rate: $64.38 – $87.91 per hour
What You’ll DoAs a Project Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership & Execution- Lead cross-functional teams through project phases and funding gates
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and functional managers
- Monitor cost, schedule, risk, and HSE performance
- Resolve technical challenges and manage change effectively
Planning & Development- Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans
- Facilitate kick-off meetings and maturity assessments
- Deliver P50 cost estimates and schedules
- Apply lessons learned and best practices
Contracting & Closeout- Define scopes of work and support vendor selection
- Oversee project closeout, documentation, and team recognition
- Conduct lessons learned workshops
What You Bring Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience in oil & gas facilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Willingness to travel up to 10
Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years of oil & gas project experience
- 3+ years with CPMS
- Experience in arctic project environments
- Proven ability to lead full project life cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay Details: $64.38 to $87.91 per hour
