* Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project activities
* Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs
* Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource planning
* Act as procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, managing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
* Track program execution and report status across engineering and leadership teams
* Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve execution efficiency and documentation quality Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work performed in an on-site engineering environment
* Ability to work a 4/10A first shift schedule
* Extended periods of computer-based work may be required
* Use of standard office equipment required
