* 4+ years of experience developing, proposing, managing, and implementing testing of products and system solutions in power systems or related.
* 4+ years of experience in temperature, humidity, shock, and vibration testing and certification.
* 1+ year of experience in leadership and direct participation in technical proposal development, cost estimation, and manpower planning.
* Previous DoD engineering development experience.
* Experience with requirements analysis and definition.
* Naval power or power conversion systems
* Military production products with complex electro-mechanical assemblies
* Production product lifecycle management
* EVM/CAM experience.
* 2+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
* 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
* Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
