We are seeking an experienced facilitator to integrate with our cross-functional/cross-Business Area Improve the Business team. Candidate will interact with multiple Programs and functions across MFC to transition and deploy capabilities being developed or enhanced as part of Digital Transformation and to re-engineer the processes that leverage them.
This position will be responsible for facilitation of events related to our MFC transformation efforts, providing coordination and facilitation of structured improvement activities, managing execution of actions that come out of those activities, and implementing and leading change in process and people.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience analyzing and modifying business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Candidates should be eligible for a Secret level clearance.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs.
• Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
• Works under only general direction.
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• Ability to establish and maintain broad networks and relationships.

• Lean six sigma Green Belt certified.
• Design Thinking trained
• Change Management experience
• CAM trained
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience working with Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
