Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for the Engineering Process Methods and Tools work package of the Eurodrone Program.
The mission of the Digital Engineering Team is to boost effective real time collaboration across organisations, sites, partners and suppliers through lean processes and joint development platforms to meet the program targets.
We orchestrate the digital transformation within the perimeter of Engineering with a first priority on the Airbus DDMS Transformation.

Accountability
Main activities
Manage scope of work package (i.e. maintain WBS, deliverables and perform change control activities)
Prepare and maintain schedule
Manage budget (Workload estimates, yearly planning, monitor EVM & cash flow)
Manage risks (capture risks, define risk response strategy, follow-up mitigation)
Manage resources (Plan and monitor resource levels)
Manage quality (define quality criteria, capture end user feedback, optimise internal processes)
Build-up KPI / dashboard to analyse and demonstrate project performance
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed degree in Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Business or comparable
Demonstrated practical knowledge in project management (classical &43; agile). PMP or Prince 2 certificate
Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
Good knowledge in model based systems engineering according ISO 15288.
Knowledge of overall aircraft development life cycle (ARP 4754, DO-178).
Understanding of configuration & change management (baselining, change control, effectivities)
Working knowledge of PLM concepts is a plus
Proactive and cooperative working style, Innovative and creative
Good communication skills and cultural awareness for France, Germany, Italy, Spain
Project Management: Tools (MS Project, Unified Planning)
Agile tools: Jira / Confluence
