As a Quality Engineer, you will dive deep into the intricacies of our engineering documentation, assessing and enhancing how we translate complex requirements into clear, actionable instructions for our production teammates. Your role will be both challenging and rewarding, as you will engage directly with the build process through on-the-floor observations, ensuring that quality is not just a goal but a culture. Position Responsibilities:
Analyze engineering documentation to determine process capability and conformance
Perform audits of critical safety statement of work for engineering, build plan, and conformance planning improvements
Review and improve current build plan for simplification and standardization
Recommend and execute corrective actions to address systemic non-conformances
Perform engineering change review and verification
Perform continuous improvement of Quality Engineering processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
2+ years experience reviewing and authoring technical documentation
2+ years experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions
2+ years experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution processes
2+ years experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and teammates
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
ABET accredited engineering degree
Experience working in a Quality Engineering or other production engineering job role
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
Experience with analytics tools & software
Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Summary pay range, associate (level 2): $73,100 – $98,900
Summary pay range, experienced (level 3): $88,400 - $119,600
