The Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) organization is seeking a Quality Engineer & Senior Program Manager to lead the Bombers portfolio.

This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand the big picture, inter-relationship of functions, organize information and develop recommendations for executive consumption.  They will also work collaboratively across a variety of functions and levels within the organization and customer and will be a key member of the Bombers program leadership team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages Quality Management System execution for business organization

  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of product lifecycle

  • Develop and execute strategies, plans, policies, procedures, and strategies to maintain and improve performance

  • Provides education, coaching and ensures effective execution of the Quality Management System.

  • Manages resources, provides quality system management and lead quality performance improvements through disciplined processes aligned with industry standards and contractual requirements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, functional stakeholders / peers, and direct reports

  • Manages quality professionals and aligned functional teams within an inclusive and collaborative environment supporting professional growth / development

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing diverse teams

  • 3+ years of experience working with Defense contracts and customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Degree in a STEM field

  • Prior quality management experience overseeing product verification and acceptance efforts and new airplane certification.

  • Experience with systems engineering, change management, and production operations functions, processes, and requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of Quality Tools - APQP, RCCA)

  • Experience conducting site Compliance Audits

  • Direct engagement in strategy development, strategy, and support

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10 of the time.

Summary pay range (Oklahoma City): $151,300 - $204,700
