Description:The Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) THAAD Program Quality team is seeking a motivated and driven Quality Engineer for a position in Dallas Texas supporting the Proposals team.

The selected candidate will apply and drive quality principles early into the proposal and development processes. The individual will collaborate with the Program Quality team to ensure proposal estimates are gathered and inputs are reviewed and submitted within a timely fashion.

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC offers the vital capabilities needed to provide our war fighting and civilian customers the products and services they need in their defining moments.

Seeking recent or May 2024 graduates.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering

Root cause analysis and corrective action
experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
Prefer degrees in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, but will consider other engineering disciplines.

Proposals experience

Control Account Management experience

Ability to lead projects and teams

Ability to work with multi-functional teams

Data Analytics and Metrics

Presentation and Communication Skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
