Mfg. Quality Engineer II will lead/enable ManufacturingQuality at Honeywell Intelligrated London Manufacturing Plant, to drive the 14elements of Quality Management System maturity improvement, to apply theirexpertise and knowledge to ensure repeatable, cost-effective means to executequality management for manufacturing process output and continuous improvements.Engage in initiatives to enable factory operations to meet customer expectationsfor product quality, safety and engineering specifications, to meet agenciesand government regulation requirements, while instilling site accountabilityfor governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product qualityfor Intelligrated product portfolio managed through London OH0I facility.

Core Responsibilities
Enable mfg. quality assurance in the manufacturing process (such as BIQ, quality checks, RCCA, etc.),
Enable quality management system elements pursuit in the site operations (such as gage calibrations, audits, incoming inspections, etc.) and
Lead as mfg. quality representative for the NPI process portion of the new product(s) induction into the LON manufacturing process.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
7 years of combined experience in Mfg. Quality and/or Factory Operations
Knowledge of ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Awareness of New Product Introduction process.

 

Preferred Qualification:
Practical experience with ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit
Practical experience in new product introductions and familiarity with the stage-gate process
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing toolset
