As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective quality engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Your expertise in quality methodologies and tools will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will report directly to our Quality Manager and youll work out of our Mason Ohio location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by monitoring and analyzing quality data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will also provide technical guidance and support to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
