We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Processor Test Engineer to join our Test Systems Team within Airbus Defence and Space based in Portsmouth.
Reporting directly to the Test Systems Team Lead you will be responsible for the testing and debugging digital payload processors and other related components, as well as developing and maintaining test plans and procedures.
You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all testing is conducted accurately and efficiently, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills as you gain experience.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM…
Test and debug digital payload processors and other related components using a variety of test equipment and tools.
Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for digital payloads.
Analyse and interpret test results, and provide recommendations for improvement or modification.
Document test results and findings accurately and clearly.
ABOUT YOU…
Experience in digital processor testing or a related field.
Experience of digital processor principles and concepts.
Proficient with testing equipment and tools, such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and emulators.
