Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for monitoring and operating the organizations Citrix environment, networks, and applications. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the environment. The position is also responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating the implementation and support of the Citrix products necessary for business operations.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

• 24x7 On-Call rotation.
• Experience in backward engineering to troubleshoot problems.
• Work with executive team members, decision makers to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Responsible for operations of a companys internal data communications systems and providing technical support on AerSales enterprise network and computer systems to provide the highest degree of connectivity, performance, and availability feasibly possible.
• Plans, designs, and implements solutions for Citrix, VMware and other Windows based networked systems, including configurations; supporting/troubleshooting problems; coordinating with vendors for installation of such items as Servers, Operating systems, application; project implementation; providing training and assisting with project writing.
• Responsible for project planning, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons.
• Research and evaluate emerging network and communication technology.
• Interact and communicate with differing levels of management, including meetings and presentations, and authorize detailed technical documentation.
• Build new servers, including hardware installed in the data center, and install OS and software.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and Operating systems. Including but not limited to Active Directory and domain controller configuration and maintenance.
• Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
• Interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to resolve and troubleshoot system issues.
• Help in organization and management of business applications.
• Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
• Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system.
• Design and implement platform security.
• Taking part in upgrading and updating the systems applications, installing it with up-to-date descriptions.
• Should strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system.
• Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply to business.
• Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Execute helpdesk calls and classify cases according to their priorities and accelerations.
Education, knowledge, and skills:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is highly recommended.
• 5+ years of experience operating a companys internal data communications system, specifically the Citrix system.
• Solid network administration skills.
• A strong understanding of Active Directory and identity management systems.
• Strong PowerShell abilities.
• The ability to work flexibly, independently, as well as in a team.
• VMWare vcenter, Data Loss Prevention.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
• Coordination skills for managing support requests and resources.
• Fluent in Microsoft T-SQL or similar query language.
• Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Robust observation, planning, and analytical skills.
• Must be highly motivated.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with the work product.
Physical requirements:
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting at the desk.
• Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, and fingers while typing.
• May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
