Your role will be pivotal in the continued shaping and adoption of Delta’s Omnichannel Design System as we continue to deliver consistent, accessible, and scalable design solutions across our digital products for customers and employees. You will collaborate with the design and product teams to help bring ideas to life and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights and address identified problem statements. Additionally, you will foster a human-centered design culture to create seamless designs across Delta’s digital ecosystem that visually reflects the Delta brand and positioning. Responsibilities:Contribute to the ongoing enhancement, maturity and adoption of Deltas omnichannel digital design system.Collaborate with product teams, designers, content designers, and user researchers to deliver high-fidelity user interfaces and interactive prototypes that directly support user needs and business objectives.Craft innovative and human-centered experiences across Deltas digital platforms.Participate in collaborative reviews session presenting work to design and product teamsWork with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Minimum 5+ years of digital design experience. A robust portfolio showcasing your proficiency of design principles and end-to-end design process. Expertise in design systems, prototyping tools and use of Figma. Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies. Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, motion design and design optimization. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks. Expertise in responsive and mobile-first/native application design principles. Understanding of Design Thinking methods and Agile framework. Effective communication and presentation skills.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related field.Experience in creating Data Visualization - translating complex data into clear visual narratives.Previous experience in Motion Design, Micro Animations, 3D IllustrationKnowledge of digital accessibility design and human-centered design methods.Previous experience in retail design, customer and/or employee touchpoints.
