Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AMO business units to identify, develop and deploy process automation systems and digital solutions.

• Lead and execute technology development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation, robotics, digital twins, and AI technologies relevant to MRO operations.

• Establish standard work and deliverables, including short- and long-term objectives for technology strategic focus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

• Encourage technological innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost reduction and operational performance.

• Provide technical support and training to teams to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in the design and implementation of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, System design or related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations/engineering, systems engineering, controls engineering, and/or automation engineering

• Experience in aerospace MRO operations or a similar high-tech, regulated industry.

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles and technologies.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering technology-based solutions on time and within budget.

• Proficiency in software tools such as CAD, simulation software, AI/ML platforms, and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
