Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with AMO business units to identify, develop and deploy process automation systems and digital solutions.
Lead and execute technology development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation, robotics, digital twins, and AI technologies relevant to MRO operations.
Establish standard work and deliverables, including short- and long-term objectives for technology strategic focus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Encourage technological innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost reduction and operational performance.
Provide technical support and training to teams to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in the design and implementation of new technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, System design or related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations/engineering, systems engineering, controls engineering, and/or automation engineering
Experience in aerospace MRO operations or a similar high-tech, regulated industry.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles and technologies.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering technology-based solutions on time and within budget.
Proficiency in software tools such as CAD, simulation software, AI/ML platforms, and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
