Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for integrating cyber requirements, architecture, and compliance across vehicle systems
Coordinate with platform Chief Engineers, Systems Engineering Managers, and IPTs to ensure a balanced and integrated cyber design
Develop, manage, and validate cybersecurity system requirements and interface allocations (SWaP-CRaM)
Lead and support threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA) and Cyber Tabletop Exercises (CTTX)
Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST SP 800-37 and NIST SP 800-53
Prepare and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, and other required RMF documentation
Support system-level trade studies, design reviews, and decision analysis across performance, cost, weight, power, and reliability
Oversee the execution of verification and validation plans, including lab, production, and field testing
Troubleshoot and support root cause analysis (RCCA) and test incident resolution
Evaluate emerging C5ISR and cyber technologies for integration into ground combat systems
Participate in peer reviews and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field(Relevant cybersecurity certifications and management credentials considered)
10+ years of experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity, or embedded system design
Experience with:
Military platform integration and DoD engineering projects
Cybersecurity threat analysis, TARA, CTTX, and RMF compliance
SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo Systems Modeler
Embedded systems, cyber-physical systems, and electronic hardware
System-level requirement decomposition and design compliance
Leading technical development teams
Creating and reviewing CDRLs, test plans, and technical milestone artifacts
Working knowledge of software and hardware security, network configurations, and electrical LRU integration
Familiarity with cyber warfare tactics, offensive/defensive strategies, and automotive/military systems
Must hold or be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Up to 15 travel (domestic and limited international)
Ability to work on and around military vehicles and pass ASR (Anthropometric Size Requirement) test for confined spaces
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
