We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Engineering Function, reporting to the Chief Engineer – Technology and Future Programs. This role supports programs and capture activities across the Aviation, C4, Space, and GWEO domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Conduct Mission Engineering and systems analysis
• Apply Systems Engineering in Digital and Model-Based environments
• Support capture and program activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate engineering resources across the US and Australia
• Contribute to engineering plans, strategies, and best practice implementation
• Mentor and support local engineering development
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)
Desirable Experience:
• Aviation, C4, Space, and GWEO domains
• Systems Engineering in Defence programs
• Digital Engineering, MBSE, Mission Engineering
• Technical strategy development and capture support
• Familiarity with Defence capability development and operational analysis
• Agile project delivery and regulatory system experience (civil or military)
• Leadership across distributed teams
