Description:This position is for a Product Line Owner (PLO) role within the Integrated Fighter Group portfolio.

You are presented an exciting opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Team Direction
• Complex backlog prioritization
• Agile Product Development Instruments/Methodologies
• Significant collaboration and communication with both internal and external customers, including formal presentations/briefings
• Facilitate development of team-level work estimates to support proposals.

You will be responsible for team backlog development, sizing, and prioritization such that high-confidence program commitments can be made and the executing Agile team has the guidance needed to be successful. Your role requires close collaboration with the team’s Release Train Engineer (RTE), who has responsibility over the teams execution, as well as in interactions with other teams and value stream direction across the program.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering or technical related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Previous Agile team leadership experience as scrum master or product owner, including working knowledge of team execution metrics

• Experience with the definition and/or review of development processes, including process improvement activities

• Fluent in DevSecOps principles

• Fluent in Agile development methodologies

• Experience with object oriented software development

• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze and provide insight into team/individual performance to program management and functional leadership

• Ability to analyze complex data patterns to identify any systemic product quality issues

• Fluent in company processes as a practitioner

• Outstanding internal/external customer collaboration skills

• Significant team leadership and project management skills to ensure on time completion of team commitments

• Help to lead continuous process improvement initiatives

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
