This role is for a Senior Software Engineer in a group that is responsible for the integration of multiple product lines into cohesive demonstrations in the Skunk Works Integration Facility and Test Center Lab (SWIFT). We will help identify and leverage your strengths and guide you to develop and accelerate your skills on important projects that provide immediate value to our customers. As a member of the Battle Space Integration and Joint All Domain Operations (JADO) Capabilities team, some of the work we do will give you the opportunity to work with and learn about a variety of different state of the art technologies including machine vision, artificial intelligence, crewed/un-crewed teaming aircraft (CUT). The day-to-day expectations of the person in this role is that they will face complex and challenging assignments integrating software and hardware solutions that may require investigation and critical problem solving. Some specific job responsibilities of this role may be classified and will require the applicant to be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development or related degree from an accredited college
- C, C++, Python, JavaScript, Java
- Software development experience in C/C++ on Windows and Linux
- Experience solving technical problems
- Ability to work on a cross-site team
Desired Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships collaborate with others, engage in constructive critique and manage interpersonal dynamics
- Experience with software and hardware integration in a lab environment
- File server management, VMWare, Gitlab and/or Kubernetes experience
- Some experience and/or certification in Agile/Scrum(DevSecOps a plus)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $85,900 - $164,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,800 - $186,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
