* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with 5+ years of work-related experience
* 3+ years of experience in a software engineering classification
* Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI algorithms and models using standard methods and tools
* Experience with programming languages, including C, C++, and Python
* Experience with automated testing methodologies and frameworks such as Google Test or PyTest
* Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
* Experience integrating software with hardware-in-the-loop testing environments
* Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience applying AI tools to software development and testing workflows
* Experience with ADA or avionics software systems
* Experience working in DevSecOps environments and fast-paced agile teams

* Conduct safety risk assessments for AI models in accordance with organizational standards
* Research and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices
