Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highlycomplex software within Honeywell Safety & ProductivitySolutions. Participate in all technical aspects of the softwareengineering effort to develop highly effective customized Vocollect softwaresolutions in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with implementing solutionsusing a variety of structured and object-oriented tools, including Python,Java, SQL, and other graphical and report generation tools. Communicatedevelopment issues to management for both design and scheduling purposes.Participate effectively in the design process and software development lifecycle in a global team environment and take ownership of previously existingsoftware. Handle several concurrent tasks, meeting scheduled milestonesaccordingly. Interface with internal and external customers in a high-energyenvironment.
Remote 3-2 flex schedule
This means you may chose to work from home two days per week if your job can be accomplished remotely. During the other three days of the workweek, you must work from the office.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelors Degree
2-3+ years experience with web application development preferably with Java based technologies such as Hibernate or similar object-relational mapping (ORM), Spring Framework, Struts2, FreeMarker, and JavaScript[PJ1]
2-3+ years experience with C
WE VALUE:
Experience with Python
Ability to code in multiple programming languages
Experience with relational databases
Experience with security tools to analyze code
Proficient in Jira to document, track and update Jira issues.
Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS.
Knowledge of Web Services.
[PJ1]Sincethe primary focus would be around the DevKit/GWS this should also include 2-3years with C.
The web-application development with Java would benecessary for VoiceLink.
