Summary:
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities in alignment with industry standards.
Design, develop, test, and debug software containing logical and mathematical solutions to mission-critical business problems.
Responsible for applying best practices throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating closely with system users and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain software using computer programming languages and tools to solve complex business or mission-related problems.
Ensure compliance with established software development standards, processes, and procedures.
Apply knowledge of hardware, software, and information processing to design effective solutions.
Correct program errors, write operating instructions, and maintain thorough documentation.
Analyze system capabilities to resolve issues related to program intent, output requirements, input acquisition, and controls.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear documentation throughout development efforts.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports
Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle software development best practices and performance optimization
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and related tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation practices and project communication
Experience with Insight Software Exago BI
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, including PL/SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, functions, indexes)
Familiarity with JavaScript
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
