In this role, you will impact the quality and compliance of our aerospace products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and contribute to the safety and reliability of aviation systems.

• Assemble TSO / STC packages by gathering documents and drawings, and reviewing data for consistency.
• Prepare cover letters and post-process packages following approval.
• Maintain a log of FAA communication and generate the quarterly FAA minor change report.
• Maintain hardcopy records and perform product and test setup inspections as an ODA Unit Member.

• 5+ years of experience in avionics engineering support, including the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field; in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 3 additional years of experience in avionics engineering support.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident due to export control and ITAR restrictions.

• Technical knowledge and experience with Aerospace avionics products preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Assertive self-starter who is not hesitant to ask questions and interact confidently with others; demonstrates a strong level of initiative.
• Possesses a positive attitude and professional image.
• Ability to work under pressure due to short deadlines and to work well with other department members.
• Good organizational and task management/problem-solving skills.
• Existing delegation as DER, DAR, EUM, or IUM is a plus.
