Skills You Bring to This Role:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing.
· Ensuring all quality standards and procedures are meticulously followed
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for quality improvement
· Managing schedules, coordinating audits, and leading quality initiatives.
· Quality systems and project management experience, procedure documentation, detail oriented and organization.
· Proficient at writing test protocols, test reports, lab reports, work instructions and other technical documents.
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal), customer service experience, interpersonal skills, effective team player, and critical thinking skills.
· Lean Six-Sigma Certification preferred
· Background in manufacturing in regulated environments (AS9100, ISO9001, etc.) preferred
· Experience developing a Quality Management System (QMS) in an R&D environment into a production environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to wear all required PPE specific to job duties (may include respiratory equipment).
· Ability to operate basic hand tools and departmental equipment safely and efficiently in order to perform assigned job duties
· Ability to stand and sit stationary for several hours at a time
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
· Ability to work in environment with exposure to various chemicals, dust and odors, and various machine heat cycle
