Use yourexpertise as a Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve the manufacturingequipment and Honeywell systems and components for the Baton Rouge productionfacility of UOP. You will provide technical support not only as it relates tounderstanding of the manufacturing equipment, but also a deeper understandingof operating principles and respective processes. You will be part of a groupof highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the successof reliability engineering projects, programs and manufacturing equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•                Overseeequipment installation and maintenance for rotating and fixed equipment
•                Responsiblefor defining and owning equipment upgrades and modifications
•                Drivesolutions to increase uptime and overall asset effectiveness
•                Studyequipment performance and reliability and provide solutions/ideas forimprovements
•                Providestrong mechanical technical support to the site around maintenance keyindicators
•                Defineand edit preventative maintenance schedules
•                Maintainequipment records
•                Participatein and support capital projects
•                Work withthe Capital group to help define and drive projects as it relates to mechanicalupgrades
•                Lead rootcause failure analysis and drive corrective actions to completion
•                Providetechnical troubleshooting support for the Maintenance and Operationsdepartments
•                Worksclosely with Maintenance Manager, Coordinator, Planner, and Technicians andprovides technical directions and training as needed

YOU MUSTHAVE
•                BachelorsDegree in Mechanical Engineering
•                3+ yearsof Engineering experience in a plant environment with heavy industrial settings(Chemical, Refinery, or Pulp & Paper) with rotating or fixed equipment(examples; pumps, blowers, compressors, screw conveyors, belt conveyors,boilers, pressure vessels, tanks & piping).

•                Demonstratedability to be self-motivated and execute tasks with little direction
•                Knowledgeof the fields standards and specifications such as ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/etc.
•                Abilityto focus on important information, identify key details, and determineactionable paths forward
•                Capabilityof following guidelines and ensuring efficiency with tasks
•                Applicationof engineering troubleshooting techniques to optimize manufacturing processesand equipment
•                Individualswho are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision in a highenergy team
•                Rotatingand Fixed equipment experience
•                I&Eexperience is a plus
•                Six SigmaGreen Belt/Lean manufacturing experience
•                SAPexpertise
