Innovate to solve the worlds most important challengesAs a Sr Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the semiconductor manufacturing team, overseeing complex projects and guiding the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, focused primarily on wet chemical processing. Your expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in achieving Honeywells semiconductor technology goals.
You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and youll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and improvement of semiconductor wet chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize manufacturing operations, and implement best practices. Your work will not only advance our business but also create solutions that address some of the worlds most pressing challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and optimize wet chemical semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and react to various machine and process SPC charts
• Troubleshoot wet process and machine variability/process drift
• Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex manufacturing issues
• Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing
• Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
• Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing techniques
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
