• You will be joining the C2 Ground Team responsible for designing, integrating, and testing hardware products. These products are integrated to create complex command and control systems, both mobile and fixed, supplied to The Skunkworks™ and other customers.
• This position will be responsible for developing electrical designs at both the system of systems level and subsystem level, providing technical support and guidance on production, installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of program technical products, programs and systems. This position will work closely with our Lead Electrical Engineer.
• Provides expertise for resolving technical issues during production and installation efforts, troubleshoots products during system integration and operations, and modifies product to customer requirements.
• This position will require strong organizational, written and communication skills.
• This position will require travel (up to 10) to customer facilities for integration and deployment events.
• Experience of supporting and/or working within the Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs, other Special Programs divisions internally or externally, and/or Special Access Programs (SAPs) are strongly desired.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with National Electric Code (NFPA 70, NFPA 70E) or equivalent MIL-STD (requirements, analysis, testing)
- Power Analysis (1kW to Megawatt scale) for single phase and three phase AC systems (Load, SWAP, Power Quality)
- Experience with power analysis, design, reports (Matlab or equivalent toolset)
- Experience with Generators, Environmental Control Units, Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems, and cable sizing
-System of systems design experience
- Experience interpreting and creating requirements
- Experience leading projects and or technical teams
- Electrical Engineering Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired Skills:
- EMI/EMC experience (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464)
- Vendor or subcontractor technical coordination and oversight
- Experience with MIL-STD-1399 and or MIL-STD-704 (requirements, analysis, testing)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
