Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering efforts supporting Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and advanced aerospace system development, acquisition, and sustainment efforts. This role directly supports US Air Force integration of next-generation technologies and requires a technical leader capable of guiding complex system design, integration, and testing across multiple stakeholders.
In this role, the Senior Systems Engineer will lead and coordinate systems engineering activities supporting the next-generation ICBM (LGM-35A Sentinel) and related modernization efforts. Responsibilities include integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise, advising program stakeholders, and ensuring system readiness and deployment across government and contractor organizations.
